How to place a Mail Order: Select the "UPS GROUND" option in the dropdown menu on the shipping information page after accepting the Textbook Agreement.

• Orders to the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders being delivered to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped in a flat rate package via USPS Priority Mail.


• Please provide a street address for every order. We are not able to ship to P.O. Box addresses.


• Most orders are processed within one business day. During peak periods, orders may take up to two business days to be processed.


• UPS recommends allowing 2 - 5 business days for delivery (1 or 2 days processing time plus 2 - 5 days for delivery). Most local deliveries arrive within 3 business days of the date the order was placed.


• Standard shipping charges are $8.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will have their shipping charges adjusted to reflect USPS pricing, and may differ from the prices quoted at checkout.


• Shipping charges are non-refundable.


• Order status updates will be sent via email.
