IMPORTANT PURCHASE INFORMATION

• When you shop for textbooks, options may include New, Used or Rental. If your preference is not available when the order is pulled, we assume you need a book and will substitute it with the lowest priced equivalent new or non-rental copy available.
• You will be charged the difference WITHOUT notice of the price change. For this reason, you should have the funds available on the credit card you use, to pay FULL PRICE for each item. Items may be refunded per refund policy.
• Bring full payment with you when picking up your reservation. Your reservation is not paid for until you come to the cashiers counter and pay in person. The credit card number you provide when placing your reservation is held only for the $10.00 fee that may be charged if your reservation is not picked up by the deadline.
• Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. Provide a street address and your full name on every order.
